Our therapists are the heart and soul of Best Life Therapy. That’s why we pay top dollar to attract the best and treat them like family. We offer major medical insurance, 401k, vision and dental insurance, 401k, short term disability, and life insurance. Plus all of our therapists are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors. The result is one of the lowest turnover rates in the business.

The best kind of manager to work for is one who has been in your shoes and is intimately familiar with the work you do. Best Life Therapy is run by a working SLP who understands the day-to-day challenges you face on the job and can help you navigate them.
The Training and Support You Need
We recognize that starting out as a new therapist can leave you feeling isolated and left to figure things out on your own. That’s why our therapists are themselves a support network, with designated trainers for each of the settings in which we work. Plus every Best Life therapist has direct access to the owner of the company, so you can get help anytime you need it.
Flexible Scheduling
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your personal needs as best as we can. Teletherapy allows you to do what you love from home, and your fellow therapists can typically cover your caseload when you need time off.
Streamlined Documentation
Documentation is a drag, but we all have to do it. That’s why we created our very own web-based documentation system—designed by therapists, for therapists. We’ve streamlined the process to make it as quick and effortless as possible. Spend less time documenting your passion and more time actually doing it!
Certification and CE Assistance
Best Life covers the costs of your WV License, ASHA Certification, and continuing education. Additionally, we partner with the West Virginia Speech-Language-Hearing Association, whose annual convention offers enough CEUs in one weekend event to meet the yearly requirements.Our Therapists Say It Best
